    We email you three days before, the day before, and the day it ends.

    Subscribe to keep adding. If you don't, your brain stays readable and nothing is deleted.

Questions

Can I change plans or cancel?

Any time, in Settings. Switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

What if I stop paying?

Your brain becomes read-only. You and your AI tools can still read, search and export everything, and nothing is deleted. Subscribe again and you can add to it straight away.

How do I pay?

By card, on Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.

Is there a usage limit?

Each brain includes a monthly AI allowance for filing and indexing notes. If a brain uses it all, new notes are still saved, and the allowance resets on the 1st of the month. Settings shows how much you've used.

Are prices in US dollars?

Yes, plus any applicable tax.

What happens after the trial?

Subscribe to keep adding. If you don't, your brain becomes read-only: you and your tools can still read, search and export everything. Nothing is deleted.

Is my brain private?

Yes. Only you, and the tools you connect, can reach it. We don't sell your information or use it to train AI models.

Which tools work?
